ANALYST (FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT)

Experience: 3–6 years
Full-time

Responsibilities:

Market analysis: gathering and analysing data on sectors and companies using public sources and business contacts;

Contributing to long-term strategy; preparing letters, requests to partners, counterparties and authorities;

Monitoring legislative initiatives in the company's sectors;

Investment projects: analysis of incoming projects (finance, marketing, risk);

Building and optimising financial models for greenfield projects; liaising with partners, banks and external experts;

Supporting execution of investment projects;

Preparing and presenting materials to management; M&A and financial due diligence;

Structuring and optimising asset acquisition deals; reviewing documentation;

Management reporting post-transaction; monitoring key project metrics.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of relevant experience;

Degree in economics or engineering;

Knowledge of macro- and microeconomics;

Ability to work with large volumes of information;

Strong leadership and communication skills;

Stress resistance; organisation; creativity; initiative; analytical mind.
